Floremme Health is a startup by a Woman, for Women, with an unwavering commitment to serve. Our name is a fusion of the words 'Flower' and 'Femme,' symbolizing our belief that women are diverse, beautiful flowers in the garden of life.🌸

We are a team of passionate menstrual health experts and advocates dedicated to empowering women to take charge of their menstrual health. With expertise in nutrition, exercise science, and holistic health, we provide personalized assistance and guidance to help you achieve optimal menstrual health.

"Floremme Health was founded from the realization that so many women's health concerns, particularly around menstrual and reproductive health, are underrepresented and often go unnoticed. Too many women are left struggling in silence. With a deep passion for women’s well-being, I embarked on a mission to empower women to take charge of their health. By partnering with nutritionists, physiotherapists, and other health professionals, I wanted to ensure women have the resources, guidance, and support they need to thrive.
